INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation is for new clients only and is all about understanding and addressing your unique health needs. It’s a deep dive into who you are and what you need for better health. We’ll explore your past, present, and goals for the future, ensuring you leave with clear answers and a path forward.
Together, we will set achievable health goals, discuss further testing and create a personalised treatment plan that might include nutritional guidance, herbal medicine, and other tailored therapies. By the next day, you will receive a detailed treatment summary and any necessary prescriptions.
EXTENDED RETURN
50 minutes _ $129
The extended return consultation is perfect for catching up after your first visit or if you have new health concerns. It’s a comprehensive session where we’ll look at how you’re doing, go over any test results, and tackle more complex health issues.
If it’s been a while since we last saw you—more than six months—this is a great chance to review and update your treatment plan thoroughly. We’ll chat about any new issues you’re facing, make necessary changes to your care, and ensure everything is aligned with your current health needs. By the end of this consultation, you’ll walk away with an updated summary of your treatment and any new prescriptions you might need, ensuring your health strategy remains on track.
RETURN CONSULTATION
40 minutes_ $99
The return consultation is your chance to check in and make sure everything is on track with your health plan. During this session, we'll catch up on your progress, address any new minor health issues, and tweak your treatment if needed. We’ll go over how well the current approach is working and adjust things like your diet, herbs or supplements to better match your current needs.
